Ingredients
110 gr sugar
150 ml water
full hand fresh mint leaves
juice of 1 lemon
150 gr fresh cream
Directions
1. Dissolve the sugar in the water on the stove
2. Leave the syrup aside to cool down
3. Add the mint leaves and mix by the electrical mixer till becomes one smooth
4. In a separate bowl whip the fresh cream and add to the mint
5. Place the ice cream in the deep freezer
6. When the ice cream starts to set, mix it once again and put it back in the freezer till sets
7. Serve with fresh mint leaves, chocolate syrup or crushed nuts
